ENTITY discusses customizable planners for the busy woman

It’s already almost halfway through the year and I just realized I need a planner. Things have been so busy that I’ve been running around like a chicken with its head cut off, scrawling notes for myself on napkins, blank pages in my journal and the back of my hands.

ENTITY recommends 10 cute planner items

If you’re like me, you need a planner so you don’t pull your hair out. You also want a cute planner that matches your personality, right? There are tons of DIY planner tutorials out there but here’s the thing: many of us don’t have the time or the talent to go through that.

Thankfully, the customizable planner is popular right now. Here are some planner brands you can check out in order to save time and –hopefully– money.

1 Ban-do

Stickers! If we’re going for a cute planner here, this is it! These planners are filled with tons of cute illustrations, shiny surfaces, relatable words and more. Best of all, you can decorate them with more stickers. These little babies are $20, which is about average for the planners on this list.

Wait, there’s more! Ban-do has a team of female artists and you can read all about them on their website. What could be cooler than stickers and awesome female artists?

2 Bloom Daily Planners

Bloom makes planners in multiple designs and styles with a number of accessories. My personal favorite is the Vision Planner because it has dedicated space to plan your goals for the month and your vision for the year. There’s also a “Making It Happen” page where you can write down objectives for yourself. It provides an extra, cool idea for the goal-oriented person.

I do goal writing in my journal, so it’s perfect that it’s incorporated into this planner. That means less to carry! Price seems reasonable too, with planners ranging from 15-$30.

3 Erin Condren

Similarly to Bloom, Erin Condren planners have a goal setting section. What sets these planners apart though is the customization factor. You can customize the cover to have your name on it, and some covers let you choose special words or phrases. There’s a Notes section too for those of you who have a scrap paper problem.

Unfortunately, Erin Condren is pricey at $55, but with all the goodies they come with, it might be worth it.

4 Anthropologie The Happiness 100-Day Planner

For someone like me who just realized mid-calendar year that they need a planner, this is a great choice. Why spend a ton of cash on a planner that you’ll only use half of when you can get one without dates. This 100-Day planner from Anthropologie doesn’t have calendar dates, so you can start from page one to get your life organized. Like most things from Anthropologie, it costs a little more than your average planner, around $30.

5 Plum Paper

Plum Paper‘s planner has tons of customizable features. Do you want a vertical or horizontal layout? Are you a teacher or a student? Do you need a grid? Do you want to add on a section for meal planning, fitness planning or budgeting? The options seem to be endless.

The best part is you can customize the planner to start on any date. Sign us up. A small planner costs $32 and a larger one is $42. Price can change from there based on add-ons.

6 Minted

Minted is nice if you only want the essentials but want to do a little customizing. You can choose your cover and your interior, so you can make a planner that’s only an address book, for example. “Choose your cover design then choose your interior notebook weekly planner monthly planner or address book,” the company writes on the website. The only problem is the “or” because you can’t combine a journal and an address book into one, but that might not matter to you.

Price varies depending on what you choose but can go for around $16.

7 Kikki.K

Kikki.K planners have leather zip-up or button-up covers, making them a more durable option. You can also purchase accessories like key rings, adhesive pockets, rulers, tape and more. Let me tell you: the accessories are adorable! They also sell Inspiration Kits to spruce up your mood board.

These are the more expensive option on this list though, as a large planner can cost you $79.95 without accessories.

8 MOO

So here’s the deal: MOO doesn’t have planners, but they do have customizable options for notebooks. The company, known for its business card creator, also has great notebooks that you can modify for your personal brand. With MOO, you can choose the thickness, color and design of the cover.

9 Daycards

Planning in your pocket! Daycards.co is a great option for the woman on the go because you don’t have to lug around a whole book. You can choose a daycard, a weekcard, a todaycard and more. For the person writing to-dos on a napkin: these will be your new best friend! And what’s more: They’re affordable! $9.99 for a 100-card pack? Yes, please!

Just because you’re a busy person doesn’t mean you can’t plan in style and with your own personal twist. You might have to pay more in some cases, but it’s all worth it. Now, where did I put that to-do list?
