It’s already been reported that this 30-year old hottie gets the first one on one date with Rachel. Could he be the first one to give her a ring too? One reporter from Madison, WI even tweeted a clip of Peter and Rachel shopping together at the Dane County Farmers’ Market last month, a hometown date we can only assume!
