TESTIMONIALS

"Honestly, my biggest gain at ENTITY was having Jennifer as a mentor. Throughout the rest of USC business school, I bounced a lot of ideas off her. This was especially true when it came to choosing my first post-business school job. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would have taken Bain & Company. I didn’t really like the idea of having to move away from LA again; however, she helped me put things in long-term perspective, rather than wanting instant gratification. This is a very common mistake many young people make, and ENTITY helped me take the long view."

ENTITY MENTEE 2016

“I loved that working for ENTITY meant more than adding a boost to my resume and launching my career as a journalist, but it also meant making myself a better and more well-rounded person. At ENTITY we were encouraged to bond with one another and lift each other up.”

HARMONY BIRCH, MASSACHUSETTS COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS

ENTITY MENTEE 2016

“When I first started applying to internships in Los Angeles, I was just hoping for an opportunity to get out of the house and to reclaim a city that no longer felt like home. What I found with ENTITY was a network of brilliant, thoughtful women who share my drive and enthusiasm for issues such as gender equality, civil rights, and education.”

CAITLIN DEVEREAUX, USC LAW SCHOOL

ENTITY MENTEE 2016

“I am so thankful for this internship with ENTITY because it has taught me so much about myself and the world around me. Working during this summer hasn’t been so much work as much as it has been a tremendous learning experience. It has instilled in me a newfound thirst for knowledge and craving to share with others. It has played a pivotal role in helping me form my own ideas and voice for which I will continue on the path to be a woman who always does.”
