Entity reports on "America's Next Top Model" host, Rita Ora.

The first trailer has dropped for VH1’s revamped “America’s Next Top Model,” with Rita Ora as host in place of Tyra Banks.

And the new series – which moved from The CW – appears to be putting Rita’s business acumen on display, focusing on the contestants’ ability to form a well-rounded brand.

“I know how to sell. I know how to create a brand, and I know how to have multiple business ventures,” the performer declares at the start of the trailer. She has big shoes to fill after Tyra hosted the series for 22 cycles. But with deals with Adidas and Rimmel in addition to her successful music career, it’s no doubt Rita is up to the task.

Ahead of the season premiere on December 12, here are five things to know about the new host and judge.

1 She’s quite the businesswoman

She has collaborated with Rimmel London since 2014, creating the Colour Rush Lip & Nail Collection. The hitmaker has also launched multiple collections with Adidas Originals, with items ranging from T-shirts for $45 to sneakers for $110 available on the brand’s website now.

She recently curated the Winter 16 edition of Adidas’ subscription service, Avenue A. And in August Rita took to Twitter to thank Cosmopolitan UK for naming her businesswoman of the year. She has also established her brand with judging stints on The Voice UK and The X Factor in 2015.

2 She owns a Kosovan football team

Rita acquired the Pristina Angels as part of her company, Ora Multi Services, which is run by her sister Elena.

She told the Mirror, “It’s so funny because the football team I own has not started playing yet. We’ve just got independence and they don’t have a proper football team. I don’t know the first thing about football. But the people who are going to work for it do.”

Within her company she also owns property in the UK, the US, and her native Kosovo, in addition to other ventures. “It’s a nice little empire,” Rita said. “I’m trying to create something so my family can be alright.”

3 She has friends in high places

Rita, who is friends with stars such as model Cara Delevingne, performers Ellie Goulding and Drake, and fashion guru Alexa Chung told Paper Magazine that she believes having “friends in the industry” helped her to land the hosting gig.

She tapped model Ashley Graham, Paper Magazine Creative Director Drew Elliott, and runway coach/fashion expert Law Roach to be the new panel of judges for the reboot of the long-running series.

4 She has a type

Rita has most recently been linked to Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton – whom she was seen supporting this past weekend at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – but he’s not the first high-profile man to have been spotted with the star.

In the past she has also been tied to Harry Styles, Bruno Mars, James Arthur, Travis Barker, Evan Ross (son of Diana Ross), Rob Kardashian, Ricky Hilfiger (son of Tommy Hilfiger), David Beckham’s close friend, Dave Gardner, and Calvin Harris. She and the Scottish DJ – who famously later went on to date Taylor Swift – suffered a bitter split in June 2014.

5 She has Tyra’s blessing

The supermodel, who had hosted the series since its debut in 2003, announced last October that she felt it was time for it to end.

“Thinking #ANTM #cycle22 should be our last cycle. Yeah, I truly believe it’s time,” she posted on Instagram. “Our diehard fans know we’ve expanded the definition of beauty… shown the world how to show their neck, rocked couture/catalogue/commercial poses, have found our (and your) light, strutted countless runways, gone on tons of go-sees, added guys to the girls mix, and have traveled around the globe and back again. Yeah, it’s time. It really is.”

Tyra is reportedly passing the torch so she can focus on her cosmetics company, Tyra Beauty. She and boyfriend Erik Asla also welcomed their first child together, York Banks Asla, via surrogate in January.

She is happy with Rita as her successor, gushing to Entertainment Tonight, “I love her.” Tyra also said that she plans on having a “session with her in person” to give the new face of the series “the ins and outs” of the job.
