PA judge uses Trump to excuse sexual assault, Entity reports.

At this point we know all about Trump’s pussy grabbing and his war on women. And we know that’s emboldened the racists and sexists to think their hate speech is okay.

But did you think even judges would be using him as an example to lessen sentences for sexual assaulters? Because that’s where we are apparently. Welcome to Trump’s America.

A 15-year-old girl got groped at school – multiple times – by an older student. She defended herself, was brought to school officials and reported everything to an officer at the school. The officer urged the girl and her mother to press charges… but when they later found themselves in front of Allegheny County Common Pleas Court Senior Judge Lester Naushaus, he didn’t take it quite so seriously.

Regarding the inappropriate touching of a child in the case, Nauhaus nonchalantly said, “Listen. I can name at least one adult that thinks that’s okay.” Presumably hinting at Trump. “Yes, your honor. The commonwealth does not,” Assistant District Attorney Jeff Tisak said, to which Nauhaus responded, “I understand that. He’s an important guy.”

He has involved Trump in other cases as well. Nauhaus previously dismissed a harassment case filed by a local business owner, saying the harassment wasn’t that bad because, “I have a president who talks worse than that.” Great.

Oh, it only gets better though. Because instead of what the victim was requesting — 90-days probation and a no-contact order to ensure that the defendant stayed away from her — the judge created his own ridiculous punishment, clearly trivializing the crime.

He asked the victim precisely how many times she had been touched by the defendant. About six. Then he decided to charge him a $6 fine – $1 per touch. His reasoning was that since the man had been in foster care, he would not have been able to pay a larger fine. Now, what money had to do with probation or a no-contact order, I’m really not sure.

But this man clearly didn’t care about respecting the victim or about handling the case appropriately at all. It seemed more like a game for him.

At 73, Nauhaus is technically retired, but when he was 70 he was approved for senior status so he can continue to serve if there is a need. AKA, he seems like a tenure teacher who DGAF anymore and is just collecting a paycheck, everyone else be damned.

The District Attorney seemed pretty fired up about it though, so here’s hoping reporting him actually makes a difference. Then maybe there’d be one less entitled, old white man around fucking shit up for the rest of us.
