Entity shares ways to treat yourself like royalty every day.

As a child, did you ever dress up like your favorite Disney princess or pretend that you ruled over your own country? While you probably abandoned your princess dreams with your childhood teddy bear, you can still treat yourself like royalty. In fact, here are six easy ways to rock your invisible crown every day!

1 Use a product You’ve Been Saving for a Special Occasion.

Have you been staring at some amazing product in the store or your bathroom shelf for months, just waiting for that special occasion to try it? If so, here’s a PSA just for you: Today is officially a special occasion. It doesn’t matter if you got it for your birthday or your Hawaii vacation, if it’s a Friday night or a Monday afternoon. You deserve to pamper yourself every day.

2 Take an Hour to Relax.

This one may be hard, but it is important to dedicate an hour to relaxing every day. Not only will it keep you calm, but it will also get you ready to do some work afterwards. If you’re in school, taking an hour or so to relax after class may make homework feel easier and less frustrating. If you have an exhausting job, relaxing after work with activities like watching your favorite TV show or doing yoga can help you refresh and re-energize.

3 Demand Respect.

How often do you stand up for yourself? Women are not usually encouraged to demand respect, but you should. Whether it’s in a classroom or workplace, you should speak up and voice your opinions and concerns, regardless of your audience or your fears. In order to do this, women need to normalize demanding respect.

4 Think About What You Need.

While caring about others is great, be careful to not forget about your own needs. For instance, if you’re struggling with something – whether a conflict at work or self-esteem issues – talk to someone. You may think that you’re bothering people by telling them what’s wrong, but the people you’re telling should care enough about you to want to help.

5 Don’t Doubt Yourself.

According to this Forbes article, most women believe they need to meet all of a job’s required qualifications and skills to apply while men will apply if they only have some of the desired traits. As a result, many women may miss out on opportunities they’re actually qualified for! Don’t doubt yourself and the skills you already have; instead, dare to take a chance.

6 Now That You’ve Started, Don’t Stop.

The most important thing to remember is to never stop treating yourself like royalty every day. You deserve self love, self-respect and self-confidence – even if you don’t always think you do. The only way a woman can feel like a queen is to start treating herself like royalty as often as possible.
