Harlow is a fashion model from Canada who gained celebrity status as a former “America’s Next Top Model” contestant. In addition to her modeling career, she is a powerful spokesperson and activist. Harlow overcame thoughts of suicide stemming from her rare skin condition, vitiligo, which causes pigmentation of the skin and led to intense bullying in school. She is a self-proclaimed “vitiligo spokesmodel” and serves as a voice for women insecure about their appearance.

Singh is a college grad turned viral vlogger who describes herself as “a happy unicorn that believes in one love.” She uses her channel to normalize mental illness and celebrate diversity, according to BBC. “Why didn’t we just start talking when we got into the elevator?” Singh asks in the video. “We could have been best friends like five minutes ago.”

Their video was in collaboration with WE, a movement focused on diverse individuals working together to make a difference in the world.

“WE is a movement that brings people together and gives them the tools to change the world,” the WE website states. “Today, we are millions of passionate youth, women and men working together to shift the world from ‘me’ to ‘we.'”

The WE mission seems to perfectly align with the message of female empowerment that Zendaya, Harlow and Singh are all promoting. These three ladies are certainly #WomenThatDo that use their influence for good to serve as powerful role models for women (and men) everywhere.
