I can already taste that caffeinated chocolatey goodness.
It’s about time people recognize the simple yet, oh, so satisfying experience of making your own ice cream. I’m not talking about taking a giant churner going to town on ice and rock salts. I mean, simple, homemade frozen delicacies.
And what better flavor to master than mocha ice cream?
Mocha ice cream is a gift from the gods and Mother Earth and Mother Teresa and probably Mother Goose. After all, only the best moms give mocha ice cream to their kiddos.
“Wait,” you might say, “can’t I buy some ice cream?” to which I’ll reply “Wow … I hadn’t even thought of that.” I don’t even where to buy mocha ice cream (probably at your local, grocery store), but that’s not the point.
Once you make this beautifully frozen caffeine treat yourself, there’s no going back to the freezer section of your past. You never have to leave the comfort of your home again! That means more binge-watching The Crown, so it’s truly a win-win for everybody.
Mocha ice cream with oreos? Uhhhh, yes, please!
Now this one requires rock salt, but you also get to kick a coffee can, so it’s a pretty good trade-off.
Nuts have protein, right? This basically makes it a proper meal.
There’s maple syrup! I never even considered putting maple syrup in my ice cream. What have I been doing with my life?!
If the chocolate chips are mini, does that mean I can add twice as many?
Mocha + Toffee + Cheesecake = The keys to my heart.
I don’t even have to do the dishes, so everybody wins. Especially my roommate, who yells at me for not doing the dishes …
