PC Magazine rates Charity Miles as the number one exercise app. The name of this app explains itself. For every mile you complete, sponsors donate money to a charity. With hundreds of charity options available, you are sure to find something that will keep you motivated while you’re getting your sweat on.

4 Sworkit

Sworkit is perfect for those who tend to get bored with the same mundane exercise routine. You begin by choosing what you want to focus on or what kind of workout you’re looking for. Say, for example, you want to do Pilates that day. Although this app is not free, the cost may just be worth it. If you like running to music that follows the tempo of your pace, you need to grab this app ASAP. The music changes based on your heart pace or footfall speed. If you prefer a challenge, you can adjust the settings so that you are trying to keep up with the tempo of the music instead.
