Maybe it's like how depictions of Jesus differ depending on what the congregation looks like.
Everyone on Twitter’s souls left their bodies momentarily when it was discovered that a Beyonce wax figure, made by Madame Tussauds, was a hot ass mess.
Queen Beyoncé Knowles (Carter) did not look like herself at all. She looked like if Mariah Carey and Britney Spears had a baby. (No disrespect to Mariah and Britney.) And the Beyhive, understandably, did not take this well.

I am of the opinion that this is all a conspiracy. The Beyoncé wax figure was messed up on purpose. Here are five reasons why.
Look at this wax figure of Queen Goddess B that stands in Madame Tussauds in Istanbul. It is serving wax figure lewks. That thing has sweat where sweat should be. The lip pucker is flawless.
The eyes are kinda weird, but hey. There are a ton of pictures of at least competent figures from Madame Tussauds. Do you HONESTLY think that after creating the same face a hundred times, they messed up this once?! Open Your Eyes!
In a moment that I find difficult to believe is coincidence, Kylie Jenner posed alongside her own Madame Tussauds figure. That figure is spot on, recreating Kylie’s look from the 2016 Met Gala. People wrote several articles about how Kylie was able to fool her family with it.
She also shared said photograph on her Instagram, where she has 95.9 million followers. Guess what that did? It brought Madame Tussauds attention. It all happened within the same span of 24 hours, you guys.
Beyoncé just gave birth to twin babies. Then, she broke her own record on Instagram for fastest photo to reach 1,000,000 likes. Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, also released an album which circulated for addressing several topics including the African American community and the couple’s personal life. The wax figure company is riding the Beyoncé wave to glory. Do I blame them for it? Not one bit.
Madame Tussaud herself began making wax figures in 1777. 1777! These people have been in this business for centuries. Madame Tussauds artisans are trained to replicate a pantheon of diverse and unique faces.
Every wax figure from the Rock to Princess Di has been made there. They are not just going to “mess up” the face of arguably the most well-known musician alive today. Even if they did (they’ve messed up before), why release it for viewing?

People ripped into the Beyonce wax figure and put it all over Twitter. It was trending. And now outlets, including Entity, are writing about it. This all shines a light on Madame Tussauds, whose locations are most commonly tourist destinations all over the world.
One thing about the state of society, people love to mock things. People might flock to take pictures with the “messed up” Beyoncé figure. Congrats to Madame Tussauds. You evil geniuses.
And when all the fun is over, they can always just melt it down.
