Carrie Underwood is one of the most successful “American Idol” winners ever.

It was recently announced she will be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. But we’re not surprised. I mean, have you heard her sing? She definitely lives up to her name.

But do you really know who Carrie Underwood is? If you don’t, we’ve got you covered.

1 She received college credit for “American Idol.”

Carrie graduated form Northeastern State University in Oklahoma with a Mass Communications degree. And “American Idol” gave her a little bit of help.

“I’ve obviously done enough with television,” she told People. “There was my internship right there!” She said if she hadn’t won the singing competition, she would have liked to be a news reporter or an anchor.

I wish getting college credit was this easy, but Carrie can get away with it because, hello, she’s Carrie freaking Underwood. You go, girl!

2 She’s an award-winning artist.

After winning “American Idol’s” fourth season, she went on to win a number of awards, including seven Grammy Awards.

But that’s not all. In 2007, she became the second Country artist in history to win the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.

3 She’s a Married Woman.

Carrie Underwood married NHL athlete Mike Fisher on July 10, 2010.

The pair first met at a backstage meet-and-greet, following one of her concerts. Underwood and Fisher couldn’t deny the physical attraction they had when they first met. Carrie Underwood told People her first impression of Fisher was, “Hot, hot, hot.”

In 2014, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together. Their son, Isaiah Michael Fisher, was born on February 27, 2015.

Carrie told E! News, “He’s such a great dad and he’s so supportive of what I do and I’m supportive of him and we just love our little family.”

If she’s happy, we’re happy.

4 Carrie had a memorable first date,

On her first date, her dad decided to clean his shotguns in the living room. Intimidating much? Carrie told Country Weekly, “My mom yelled at him for a while and, uh, the guy never asked me out again.”

It’s okay, some things aren’t meant to be. At least this didn’t stop her from finding true love. After all, Carrie Underwood did marry Mike Fisher.

Things couldn’t have worked out any better for her.

5 She loves animals.

You’d  think Carrie’s whole life was about singing, right? Well, she told Country Weekly that if she lost the ability to sing it would be horrible, but not the end of the world.

The love she has for animals, however, is unbreakable. She says, “If you told me I could never be around animals again, I would just die.”

Carrie is a proud vegetarian and was voted “World’s Sexiest Vegetarian” in 2005 by animal-rights organization PETA.

6 She’s a bit of a clean freak.

Carrie Underwood loves to keep her house in order.

She says she can’t function during the day if she know’s her bed’s not made. Her refrigerator is also organized – everything has labels and is arranged in perfect rows.

Carrie said in an interview, “It drives me crazy when I have people over and they try to help clean up. I’m like, ‘No, I’ve got it!’ I may not be able to control every aspect of my life, but I can control what color pots are lined up where.”

7 Carrie Underwood has a third nipple?

The country artist revealed on “American Idol” that she once had an extra nipple.

“It just looked like a mole,” the singer said. Does this make you wonder if you have an extra nipple?

8 She is a dancer.

Does dancing at home count? Well, technically no, but Carrie says she can’t get ready unless she dances around her house.
