ENTITY shares 11 Disney quotes that are perfect for summer Instagrams.

Summer is the absolute best time for Instagram: sundresses, cute and tasty drinks, time off for adventures and all of the best natural lighting you could ever want.

But coming up with a good caption is a chore and quoting a film is always a –Will other people get this?– risk.

Luckily, everyone loves and knows Disney quotes when they see them. That’s probably why other people are choosing: “Just keep swimming,” “Adventure is out there,” and literally anything from “Moana.” But there are endless possibilities!

Here are just 11 unique Disney quotes that you could use for your next summer Instagram caption.

1 “Darling, it’s better down where it’s wetter, take it from me!”

This quote from “The Little Mermaid” is great for underwater camera pictures. Snorkeling shots would be especially relevant.

2 “Everything the light touches is our kingdom.”

This iconic line from “The Lion King” is perfect for sunny shots of your location. You could probably also reenact the shot of Simba and Mufasa with you and a friend looking on said location dramatically.

3 “I’m H2O intolerant.”

This “Finding Nemo” quote works well when you’re wearing hip sunglasses and lounging by a pool, but not actually in the water.

4 “Speed. Faster than fast, quicker than quick. I am Lightning.”

“Cars” is obviously one of the most motivational films of all time, so this quote would work for any photo of you doing spry activities, like leaping or jogging. Or if you’re going on a road trip, pose by your car, again, wearing those hip sunglasses.

5 “I have dreams, like you, no, really! Just much less touchy-feely. They mainly happen somewhere warm and sunny. On an island that I own, tanned and rested and alone, surrounded by enormous piles of money.”

This has to be the best lyric in “I’ve Got a Dream” from “Tangled.” This is great for beach photos where you look far too cool for all of the other beachgoers. Remember those sunglasses.

6 “When life gets rough I like to hold onto my dreams of relaxing in the summer sun, just letting off steam.”

What a tragic line from “In Summer” performed by Olaf in “Frozen.” It’s okay for you because you aren’t a snowman who will literally turn to steam in the summer. So use this caption for a dreamy shot of you reflecting on your mortality.

7 “Well, you know, royalty going out into the city in disguise, I mean, it sounds a little strange. Don’t you think?”

This is a fun “Aladdin” quote for shots of you being sassy and out on the town, going to brunch or farmers’ markets. You have to look dressed up, but not too dressed up. You have to convince peasants you’re one of them, while being totally foreign to the culture.

8 “I am Yao, king of the rock! And there’s nuttin’ you girls can do about it.”

Okay, so you have to be on a rock. That’s fine. It’s a “Mulan” quote, so people will love it. So, it’s a niche? It’s not hard to find a big cluster of rocks at a beach, climb them, actually scream this, get a picture and post it. It’s fine. It’ll be fun.

9 “Come roll in all the riches all around you. And for once, never wonder what they’re worth.”

“Colors of the Wind” from “Pocahontas” is absolutely beautiful and has plenty of other great quote potential. This is a less-specific type of nature quote that can accent any place you are.

10 “I may not be a doctor, but I know there’s no better cure for a sour face than a couple of boards and some choice waves. Whatcha think?”

This quote is from arguably the best Disney character of all time, David from “Lilo & Stitch.” What a wise dreamboat. Take his advice to heart, then use the words to caption any surfing pictures you get.

11 “I want adventure in the great wide somewhere. I want it more than I can tell.”

“Beauty and the Beast” is full of wonderful quotes, but this one works for any vacation, any sunny shot and any smiling face.

Now have a beachin’ time!
