Entity reports that Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui slams Donald Trump supporters as ignorant and hypocritical.

Fifth Harmony star Lauren Jauregui unleashes her rage on Trump supporters and calls them ignorant and hypocritical.

In her open letter published Friday on Billboard, Jauregui, who self identifies herself as a proud “bisexual Cuban-American woman,” expresses her resentment for Trump supporters who have tried to disavow themselves from the Presidential-elect’s basest qualities.

“To every single Trump supporter trying to say that voting for Trump does not mean that you are racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic … your words are worthless because your actions have led to the single-handed destruction of all the progress we’ve made socially as a nation,” the singer writes. “You are HYPOCRITES.”

As an mixed-race immigrant and a member of the LGBTQ community, she calls to attention the arguments that have been made against our “politically correct” world. Instead of accepting a world with “social etiquette,” she says that Trump supporters have, “with [their] pure ignorance and refusal to understand the way the government and the world works, allowed a power-hungry business tycoon to take over the United States of America.”

Lauren Jauregui is the most recent celebrity to speak out against the the upcoming Trump administration. The Fifth Harmony singer joins the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Wanda Sykes and Sophie Theallet, all powerful women who are doing what they can to speak out against racist, sexist and xenophobic rhetoric.

As Hillary Clinton has said, “We have work to do, and for the sake of our children and our families and our country, I ask you to stay engaged, stay engaged on every level.”

“I am proud to be a woman. Proud that the sex between my thighs provides a strength and resilience in me that only other women can feel … that my entire life is filled with adversity and doubt and people questioning my intelligence and my artistic potential and my expression of myself and my virtue and honor because I am too much woman,” she exclaims. “I am proud that I get to prove them all wrong. I am proud that I have to work even harder for it.”
