EXCLUSIVE: Fox filed a counter-suit claiming an ex-EVP went overboard on the sexual harassment. Yes, FOX.
Fox Broadcasting Company says a former executive vice president at Fox Sports sexually harassed female subordinates repeatedly — and now they’ve filed a counter-lawsuit against him, obtained by ENTITY, for violating the company’s sexual harassment guidelines
Yes, you read that right. Fox, the company that ousted Roger Ailes and covered up Bill O’Reilly’s sexual transgressions for years, is suing an ex-employee for going overboard on sexual harassment. All we can say is, pot meet kettle.
Here’s what you need to know. On June 20, Fox filed a counter-suit against Cliff Pozner, the EVP who was fired in September 2016.
According to Fox’s lawsuit, Pozner was axed from the company for egregious and continuous sexual harassment of female subordinates while working at Fox (shocking, we know).
Specifically, Fox says Pozner told a female employee to open her legs during one-on-one budget meetings so he could see her vagina, frequently asked female co-workers about their husbands’ penis size and even requested one employee to expose her breasts and vagina to him for “whacking material.” Fox says these accusations came from the women directly.

Sadly, the list didn’t stop there. According to Fox, Pozner also discussed explicit details about his experience performing oral sex on women; asked at least one female colleague about the extent to which she groomed her pubic hair, speculated aloud about his female colleagues’ inclination to engage in anal sex and suggested that a female colleague have sex with a supervisor so that the supervisor would be less demanding of their department, and so that she and other members of Pozner’s department could keep their jobs.
As part of their counter-suit Fox is demanding Pozner give back his $584,000 per year salary.
You may have noticed, however, that this is a counter-suit. That’s because Pozner tells a very different story. Earlier this year, the ousted EVP filed his own lawsuit against Fox accusing the company of anti-Semitism, claiming he was actually fired for being Jewish.
In his lawsuit, Pozner claims the network fired him after three female employees accused him of inappropriate “ribald” conversations, which he denies.
In fact, he says the women made up the complaints to avoid moving departments. Not only that, he says the women were open to sexual conversations claiming the three of them freely spoke about their affairs, shared lewd sexual comments and pictures with their bosses (male and female), and even showed him naked pictures they had on their phones. He says they also discussed sex toys in communal spaces and never objected to the content of any conversations with him (until the complaints of course, which is the definition of objecting).

Pozner claims he denied the harassment allegations when confronted by Fox, but was terminated regardless. All of which, he believes, is because Fox has a history of anti-Semitic behavior. Pozner claims he watched numerous Jewish executives get fired over the years only to be replaced by a non-Jewish executives.
Pozner is also furious over Fox’s double standards in their treatment of this case. He says Fox was more than willing to make secret settlements for other accused executives and doled out generous exit packages to both O’Reilly and Ailes — which he was denied. He is seeking over $4.3 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages.
In other words, other alleged sexual harassers at Fox like Ailes and O’Reilly were given large payouts when their time was up, but Pozner was denied the payout and simply fired. Yes, that’s why he’s mad.
For their part, Fox denies all allegations of wrongdoing and discrimination and is demanding Pozner’s lawsuit be tossed out of court.
The network stands by their belief that Pozner violated their sex-based harassment workplace standards numerous times and that’s why he was axed.
Fox says — and try not to laugh here — they do not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sex-based harassment, by managers, supervisors, or co-workers.
