Pause what you’re doing and pay attention because the first trailer for the “Gilmore Girls” revival, “A Year in the Life,” has arrived.

For those of you who have been anxious to find out what happened to Lorelai, Rory and the rest of the “Gilmore Girls” cast, this new mini-series picks up 10 years after fans said goodbye. On November 25th, Netflix will be releasing four 90-minute episodes from different seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall.

“The holidays are a good time to pick up with this family story because families usually come together around that time,” Alexis Bledel told People.

So as you and your family prepare to congregate around your televisions after Thanksgiving dinner, here are five things to be excited for.

1 Nearly all the fan favorites are back on-screen.

Expect to see the familiar faces of Keiko Agena, Liza Weil, Matt Czuchry, Milo Ventimiglia and Jared Padalecki. And even though we weren’t sure Melissa McCarthy would return for this season, the end of the trailer reveals that chef Sookie St. James will make a cameo in the show.

2 Lorelai and Luke are still together (and happy?).

When “Gilmore Girls” ended, it seemed like Lorelai and Luke had forgiven each other. And although the favorite on-screen Gilmore couple hasn’t married (yet), rest assured because Luke and Lorelai are still together. In the trailer, the two seem to be taking an amiable walk together. But are they happy? Lorelai explains in the trailer, “We’re happy. Luke and I seem happy.”

3 What’s going on with Rory’s life?

While Lorelai is struggling with her romantic life, Rory is has personal troubles of her own. While all of her ex-boyfriends (Dean, Jess and Logan) make an appearance on the trailer, Rory seems to be at a loss in her professional life. “I have no job, I have no credit, I have no underwear,” Rory complains to Jess. Will her dreams of becoming a hard-hitting journalist come to fruition?

4 Emily addresses the loss of her husband.

The real-life death of actor Edward Herrmann (Richard Gilmore) greatly impacts the Gilmore women, especially his widowed wife, Emily. Not only is she decorating her home with a large-scale portrait of Richard’s face, she also seems to starting fresh. After 50 years of marriage, we see Emily wearing a t-shirt and jeans while she tells Lorelai, “I’m de-cluttering my life. If it brings you joy you keep it. And if it doesn’t, out it goes.” Apparently her dining chairs don’t bring her any joy.

5 The “Gilmore Girls” set is still there.

Even after ten years, not much has changed in Stars Hollow. Even if Rory and Lorelai have problems of their own, the mother-daughter relationship is still going strong. The two women are still devouring takeout and watching terrible movies they can’t remember. And from Tori Spelling’s Benihana fiasco to Ben Afleck’s Batman, the rest of the characters have also upgraded their pop culture references.
