How elaborate is your skincare routine? Do your wash your face in the morning and call it a day or are you the type of woman who cleanses, exfoliates and moisturizes? Well, regardless of your preferences, perhaps you’d be open to a couple beauty tips from some of Hollywood’s A-list celebrities.

Just last month, Kim Kardashian West shared her daily skincare and makeup routine on her website/app, revealing her go-to products that total $770. The products range from Neutrogena’s $8 Night Calming Face Wipes to Giorgio Armani’s $200 Crema Nuda.

Last week, however, the reality TV star decided to forgo these products and join the no makeup trend. Although Kardashian West often sports the perfect nude lips, brows and contours, she surprised her fans by posting an Instagram photo captioned, “Balenciaga. No [makeup] today.”

For those of you who find it hard to believe those are Kardashian West’s real lashes, the celebrity’s longtime makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic, spills the details of the Balenciaga look (via People). For that event, Kardashian West wore no concealer, foundation or highlighter on her skin. Dedivanovic simply applied the Tatcha Supple Moisture Rich Silk Cream to give her skin a “nice glow” and some lip balm to moisturize her lips. Then, he curled her lashes with a Surratt Beauty eyelash curler. And although many people think the star’s lashes are a set of extensions, Dedivanovic reassures People that her lashes are just naturally thick and long.

“She got dressed, and we thought she looked so beautiful the way she was, just like that,” Dedivanovic tells People. “We’ve been doing cleaner looks in the past month. I’m not sure why the switch happened. It’s just refreshing and something different. I thought it was time.”
