Entity magazines finds out about and shares the knowledge of what happened to Kimmy Gibbler after Full House.

In 1987, when I was negative seven years old, “Full House” premiered.

D.J. Tanner was lucky enough to live next-door to her best friend, Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber). They were as thick as thieves. Kimmy was a wilder counterpart to responsible D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure). And she provided frequent comic relief.

Gibbler was an infamous underachiever, was rejected from every college and dated a guy who only ever said, “Whatever.” But that doesn’t mean that Kimmy couldn’t go on to do great things. When “Fuller House” premiered in 2016, we got to see just what had become of Ms. Kimmy Gibbler.

1 She’s a Mom.

In “Fuller House” Kimmy has a daughter with her ex-husband Fernando. Her name is Ramona Gibbler and she’s the one standing next to Kimmy in the vid above. Ramona has clearly inherited her mom’s dance moves and her sense of humor.

2 She Finally Officially Moved in to the Tanner House.

After D.J.’s husband Tommy died tragically in a fire (I’m serious. That’s the story.), Kimmy Gibbler moves in. She’s helping D.J. take care of her three boys, Jackson, Max and Tommy Jr.

Kimmy and Ramona aren’t the only ones that move in, though. Stephanie, D.J.’s younger sister, pitches in as well. They do always say that it takes a village to raise a child, so raising four must take minor municipality.

3 Things Are Complicated With Her Ex.

Aside from being a walking stereotype of Hispanic men, Kimmy’s ex-Husband and current fiance Fernando (Juan Pablo Di Pace) is a hairstylist and occasional womanizer. He also apparently can’t pay his rent and subsequently winds up moving into the Fuller House.

Fernando at least tries to be a good guy. But in season one, when Fernando and Kimmy decide to get remarried, Kimmy understandably can’t take the plunge. They ended up staying engaged and happy in cohabitation in season two.

4 She Kissed Stephanie.

Right now, a lot of people are going “Whaaa…?” But the truth is the truth, Kimmy Gibbler smooched Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin). When Fernando is unable to carry on serenading Kimmy, Stephanie has to step in to save the day.

She sings so well that Kimmy feels the need to plant a big one on Stephanie’s lips. Fernando has to drag her away and it leaves Stephanie a bit shaken. That means they’ve come a long way from Stephanie calling Kimmy a very mean word in the video above from “Full House.”

5 She has a Brother.

Garth Gibbler was Kimmy’s alliterative and unseen older brother from the “Full House” series. When Jimmy Gibbler showed up in season two of “Fuller House,” people were scratching their heads. They get away with it by saying he’s younger (around Stephanie’s age).

And Jimmy ends up crashing with the Gibbler-Fuller clan because they somehow have unlimited living spaces. Jimmy has all the moves and the quirks of the elder Gibbler. We’ll see how things play out in his romantic storyline with Stephanie Tanner when “Fuller House” returns to Netflix.

Until then, “Adios, Tannerritos!”
