How do I negotiate a higher salary? How do I tell my boss I am super stressed and need a day off? Is this really the job I want for the rest of my life?

These are just a few of the questions you might ask a mentor, but as most of us know, finding a mentor can be a challenge in itself. Which is why here at ENTITY we want to make it a little bit easier.

In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, we are launching “ENTITY’s 24 Hours of Mentorship.”

Here’s how it works. When you go to www.entitymag.com a gold chat icon will appear in the corner. Just click it, and voilà, you’re connected to an ENTITY mentor.

Our team of mentorship experts will be there to assist you on a myriad of career issues – from asking for a raise to how to report sexual harassment. And there are no dumb questions. If you simply need a sounding board about your current job, or what you want to do in life, we’re here to help with that too. We can also give you tips on how to find a professional mentor in your area.

We’ll have “live mentors” on-call from 9 a.m. PST to 5 p.m. PST on March 8, but if you happen to need help after hours, your “chat” will be sent as a message to our team and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
