Entity reports on a fan tweeting the entire first "Harry Potter" book after Piers Morgan JK Rowling feud.

Piers Morgan famously started an ill-advised Twitter feud with the beloved author of the “Harry Potter” series, J.K. Rowling this past weekend.

The controversial TV personality’s ego was bruised after Rowling rejoiced in seeing Jim Jefferies tell Morgan to “f—k off” on “Real Time with Bill Maher.”

It is no surprise that he responded to Rowling’s tweet – despite her not having tagged him – because he seemingly searches his name daily.

Entity reports on the memorable Piers Morgan JK Rowling Twitter spat.

The Piers Morgan JK Rowling spat began with this tweet about an episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher.”

But his response – “This is why I’ve never read a single word of Harry Potter” – was perhaps not as clever or logical as he had intended.

Of course, it had even less of an impact after fans began retweeting a 2015 Daily Mail column in which Morgan compared Lance Armstrong to Lord Voldemort… a character from “Harry Potter.” Guess he’s read at least two words of it then?

The back and forth persisted for a little while, with Morgan continuing to tweet attacks at Rowling through the weekend, and long after she had stopped.

However, the same cannot be said for the “Harry Potter” fans who came to Rowling’s defense. One in particular, co-owner of North London bookstore Big Green Bookshop Simon Key, has been tweeting Morgan lines from the first book in Rowling’s series, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.”

Entity reports on the Big Green Bookshop, who got in on the Piers Morgan JK Rowling spat with tweets from "Harry Potter."

The Big Green Bookshop got involved in the Piers Morgan JK Rowling spat with tweets from the first “Harry Potter” book.

“When Piers told J.K. Rowling that he’d never read any of her books, I thought that, as he spends such a lot of time looking at Twitter, I could give him the opportunity to see what he was missing,” Key told Mashable.

He has since been trolling Morgan with 140 character snippets from the book, and he says he plans to do the entire thing.

And Key’s “Harry Potter” Twitter recitation already has him on Morgan’s nerves, as the surly star has begun tweeting about him as well.

“So @Biggreenbooks is tweeting me an entire Harry Potter book because I’m a ‘twat.’ This, of course, just makes him an even bigger twat,” Morgan posted.

The Big Green Bookshop continued to tweet after the Piers Morgan JK Rowling feud died down, Entity reports.

The Big Green Bookshop has continued to post, following the initial Piers Morgan JK Rowling feud.

But, like any good “Harry Potter” fan, Key was able to find the happiness amid the darkness, pointing out that Morgan’s nasty tweets mean “5 million more people know about our Bookshop!”

And the clapback hasn’t discouraged him either. On Tuesday morning his most recent count had him at tweet 350 out of 32567 and “already on page 24!”

Just like Harry, when all hope seemed lost and he was left alone in the depths of Hogwarts to recover the Philosopher’s Stone and stop Voldemort, Key pressed on.
