Selena Gomez has long boasted the most popular account on Instagram with an astounding 103 million followers. And the Queen of Instagram’s reign has continued in 2016, as confirmed by the newly released list of the app’s 10 most-liked photographs.
Eight of the 10 most popular pictures belong to the “Hands to Myself” singer, with the top-seeded photo earning a staggering 5.9 million likes. The only discrepancy on the list came in the sixth and ninth spots, which were held by soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Here are Selena’s top eight photos that dominated Instagram this past year:
Selena’s Pantene model tresses and striking pose earned over 5 million likes. The Coca Cola #ad also featured a lyric from the star’s hit single “Me & The Rhythm.”
The actress is famously devoted to her fans, allocating a large part of her Instagram for fan pictures, such as this Revival Tour meet and greet that garnered 4.2 million likes.
Selena opted not to post a caption for this stunning picture, which brought in 4 million likes.
Seven months ago when the former Disney Channel star hit 74 million followers, she shared this selfie to mark the occasion. And 3.9 million fans celebrated right along with her, giving the selfie a double tap.

Cristiano took the number six spot, but then Selena was right back on the list for number seven with this dramatic snap from the Revival Tour, which picked up 3.6 million likes.
A snap from Selena’s Vogue Australia spread took the eighth spot and earned the cover girl 3.3 million likes.
Number nine also went to Cristiano, but Selena rounded out the list as she snagged post number 10 with another picture from her Revival Tour and 3.2 million likes.
