ENTITY shares some rachael leigh cook 90s nostalgia with throwback movies.

For many people, including myself, the 90’s was a time of super cool, laid-back fashion and some really great films we have a blast watching over and over again.

You might also remember the actress Rachael Leigh Cook whose name gives us some real 90’s nostalgia. We’re ready to take you down memory lane and introduce to you Rachael Leigh Cook and her best throwback movies in the 90’s with the help of IMDb.

Here are all of her throwback movies that send us back to the year 1999.

1 “The Baby-Sitters Club”

In 1995, Rachel starred in “The Baby-Sitters Club” as Mary Anne Spier, the club’s secretary.

This movie is one the most warm-hearted movies ever made. Rachel’s character was a sweet and very smart girl and was more organized than many of us, hence the secretary role in this film.

“The Baby-Sitters Club” is about a group of teenage girls, all friends from the same neighborhood and pursuing their business venture as the go-to babysitters for their community.

Their entrepreneurial spirit and the whirlwind of being a teenager will for sure capture your heart as you see them dealing with school, parents and, of course, boys.

2 “She’s All That”

This is seriously an all-time favorite, and if you haven’t watched this movie, you really should.

This movie is about a handsome high school jock played by Freddy Prince Jr. (Zack Ziler) who is on a mission to find a prom date after being dumped by his hot girlfriend his senior year of high school.

One of his buddies, played by the late Paul Walker, challenges Ziler to a bet to turn an unattractive girl into a beautiful prom queen.

The “unattractive” girl,  just so happened to be Laney Boggs played by Rachael Leigh Cook. Sadly, she has no idea about the bet and ends up falling in love with the high school jock whom is obviously up to no good.

Soon after finding out she was a “fucking bet” things get very sour between the two.

Eventually, the modern-day Cinderella transforms from a school nerd into a total confident babe by the time prom night rolls around. At the end of the movie, Zack drops his jerk ways for Laney and the two characters become a happy couple.

3 “Josie and the Pussycats”

“Josie and the Pussycats” made its triumphant premier in 2001 based on a comic cartoon series that some of us can barely remember now.

Rachel played Josie alongside her costars, Rosario Dawson and Tara Reid as “The Pussycats.”

These young rockstars go on a pursuit to become the all-time best girl band after making it big in the music industry — but only after their evil record label set up subliminal messages in their album for the whole world to hear.

The girls find out that the music corporation had a master plan to brainwash every young American teen into being mindless consumers after listening to the album.

Rachael no doubt has been working on building a brand name for herself and continues to act and show the world her diverse roles.

Most recently the mom-of-two starred on the hit TNT drama “Perception,” which ran its course from 2012 until 2015.

Aside from these three great throwback films and her recent television series, Rachel Leigh Cook has acquired an impressive reference list of movies that you should check out immediately.
