You're unbreakable.
As a strong woman, you’re not always going to be resilient. You are going to go through dark times where everything starts to fall apart.
In the moment, this pain feels like it’s only making you weaker. It may feel like your struggles are only breaking you down. But, soon, you realize that your distress only makes you stronger. It is the reason you’re unbreakable.
So, here are seven signs your pain has made you stronger.
When you’ve been through the worst, there’s nothing you can’t handle. You know how to find the light in the darkness. You’re a fighter, and nothing is going to break you now.
Your pain teaches you to not waste your love on those who don’t deserve it and to spread it to everyone who does. You know what it feels like to feel alone and miserable, so you give love to everyone who doesn’t get enough of it.
Your adversities have made kinder and more sympathetic. You don’t want anyone else to have to go through what you went through alone so you stand by their side and carry their troubles for them.
Pain forces you to go on a journey of self-discovery. You realize what you can handle and what you can’t. Slowly, you start to understand what you want out of life and who you truly are as a person. This self-awareness makes you stronger and into a better person. You learn how to treat others better and in turn, you treat yourself better.
You’re not afraid of a single thing. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right? At this point in your life, you’ve become an expert at fighting through the pain so you stop fearing your suffering and pain.
To escape your distress, you learn to be creative. Whether you’re finding a way to calm yourself down, a way to find happiness or even learning to write about your heartache, your pain helps increase your creativity. Creativity is a sign of being strong enough to explore your mind and use your imagination.
You understand that your scars make you beautiful. They’re a part of you and they tell your story. Your scars are proof that you’re a fighter and a warrior. Wearing them proudly shows people that you’re truly unbreakable.
Your pain isn’t anything to be ashamed of. Your loneliness, heartbreaks and problems are what makes you so unique. They’ve molded you into the smart, brave, kind and tough woman you have become. Instead of fearing any sort of adversity, welcome it into your life because you’ll only come out stronger.
