Speaking of unlikely duos, the coolest and the geekiest kids at school make an unlikely alliance in Saved By The Bell. Even though Zack gets Screech mixed up in some questionable schemes, Zack makes up for it. He even dresses up as a girl to make it seem like Screech has a girlfriend. If that’s not dedication, we don’t know what is.
Let’s admit it: Rachel and Monica have set #friendshipgoals for countless teenage girls. Although they knew each other in high school, Rachel and Monica’s friendship really blossoms when they room together. Monica even takes Rachel in when she runs out on her wedding. Talk about proof that (soul) sisters should come before misters.

Will gets taken in by the Banks when his mom decides that the change in scenery will put him on the right track. Despite coming from different backgrounds and economic statuses, cousins Will and Carlton quickly turn into best friends. We can always count on ladies’ man Will and dorky Carlton to make us giggle with their silly dance moves and drive Uncle Phil mad!
Shawn’s troubled family life and Cory’s perfect one are worlds apart, but still they hold a brother-like bond. Their adventures continue far past Mr. Feeny’s lessons. In fact, Cory and Shawn’s long-lived friendship made it into the recent spin-off series, Girl Meets World, just like we all hoped it would!
