“The View” co-host Sunny Hostin knows the key to a long-lasting marriage. “Keep it sexy,” the star advised.

She revealed that her grandmother had given her this advice long ago, “If you’re ever having trouble in your marriage, just remember, baby it’s cold outside.”

The rest of the panel seemed confused by the quote, with Joy Behar quipping, “I thought she worked for the weather department.” But Hostin explained  that her grandmother had meant that you should “remember to be intimate with your partner.”

“Keep the spice in your marriage,” she added, noting, “It was good advice.” She has been married to orthopedic surgeon Emmanuel Hostin since 1998.

But Joy Behar was not interested in listening to marriage advice, and even admitted, “I don’t believe in marriage counseling.”

Joy, whose first marriage to college professor Joe Behar ended in divorce, said that the worst advice she was ever given was “get married.” Regardless, she is now with husband number two, Steve Janowitz.
