Entity shares your new cardio workout playlist.

Sometimes the motivation to workout just isn’t there — especially when it’s Monday morning and you went to bed late.

Then, to add to the mess, you remember that you don’t have a playlist that gets you in the mood to do cardio (or even be at the gym for that matter). Well, we’re happy to say that Entity has your back. We’ve created the perfect playlist that includes something that everyone can enjoy.

1 Ready by Kodaline

Kodaline delivers the perfect song to start off your workout. The rhythm is inviting, and it gets everyone in the mindset that they’re ready to start their workout.

2 Despacito (remix) by Luis Fonsi + Daddy Yankee ft. Justin Bieber

This song was so played out in May. BUT, that doesn’t mean that it isn’t good. It literally means everyone loved it so much that they played it non-stop. If you’re not someone that usually listens to Spanish music while working out, then this is the perfect new addition.

Favorite line: “Tu eres el iman y soy el metal.”

3 Flatliner by Cole Swindell ft. Dierks Bentley

We love this song so much that it was also featured in our summer country music playlist. When the cardio begins to pick up, this song is the one you want to have on. You’re going to have sweat running down your forehead while singing along with Cole and Dierks.

Favorite line: “Dang, girl, look at you, stopping me in my boots.”

4 Most Girls by Hailee Steinfield

Hailee Steinfeld is a queen.

Honestly, this is my new personal “Get ready to take on the world” song. It’s perfect for cardio. It makes you feel like you can kick ass and take on the world after your cardio session.

Favorite line: “‘Cause you look greatest when you feel like a damn queen.”

5 Touch by Little Mix

This is the song I try to work myself up to. There’s something about this song that makes me forget (literally) everything and solely focus on my running.

Also, an added bonus is that it might make you want to dance which is a great way to enjoy doing your workout.

Favorite line: “Just a touch of your love is enough.”

6 Waiting All Night by Rudimental ft Ella Eyre

This song is perfect to be played at the peak of your workout. The fast tempo will make you run faster. Pretend there’s a donut (or a new pair of heels?) at the end of your workout. You’re almost there!

7 Death Of A Bachelor by Panic! At The Disco

This is a must-have on your workout playlist. Brendon Urie brings the vocals of a King. Also, the change in tempo with this song can indicate it’s time to slow things down.

Favorite line: ‘It feels like my heart is going to burst.”

8 Sleep On The Floor by The Lumineers

You’re almost at the end of your workout! This song is perfect for stretching. Yes, stretching is a key part of starting and finishing a workout because it allows your body to relax. Also, stretching means that you won’t be as sore the following morning.

Favorite line: “We might never make it out.”

9 We Are The Champions

Play this after you’ve completed your cardio workout.

Trust us. It will make you feel like the champ you are.

Favorite line: “WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD.”

Congrats, you did it! Now don’t hesitate to fire this baby up whenever you need a bit of extra motivation at the gym.
