ENTITY reports on pizza toppings.Photo via Shutterstock

Pizza toppings are the hardest things to pick sometimes. You’re probably craving more than one thing, you but can’t decide on which one you want more.

And then there are other times you’re feeling extra adventurous. So you decide to put anything and everything you can think of on your pizza.

But if for some reason you can’t think of anything, we’ve got some ideas for you. Are any of these good? We’ll leave that up to you. Here are the top eight pizza toppings everyone on the internet is talking about.

1 Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pizza

The Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pizza is taking over the internet! Why eat your Hot Cheetos separately when you can just mix them together.

At Ameci’s Pizza Kitchen in Burbank, CA, they have the most popular snack features as a topping. The Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pizza is made with the traditional marinara base, mozzarella cheese and crushed Hot Cheetos. Then to top it all off, they put whole pieces of the spicy corn-based snack to give it that extra crunch.

This may sound weird as a topping, but it might actually be the best thing you’ll ever have. (This is definitely a hit for me.)

2 Carne Asada Pizza

Have you ever craved pizza and Mexican food at the same time? If you answered yes, the Carne Asada Pizza will solve your problem.

This pizza has everything you need in your life.

Instead of the traditional marinara base, a Carne Asada Pizza uses refried beans as a base, then adds cheese, cilantro, onion, jalapeños and, the most important part, carne asada. I don’t know about you, but this is making my mouth water.

3 Banana on Pizza

Have you ever heard of banana as a topping for a pizza? Neither have we. Until now.

Although banana is very common in Sweden, it’s not the kind of texture many people prefer when eating pizza. What do you think of this one?

4 Guacamole on Pizza

Guacamole on pizza is like avocado on your toast. It works.

You can add guacamole to any kind of pizza. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni pizza or a vegetarian pizza, guac will make a difference. It’s also a great choice if you’re trying to be healthy. Although, can pizza ever really be truly healthy? Whatever the answer is, we’re convinced guac is life.

5 Spaghetti Pizza

Spaghetti Pizza isn’t as unusual as you may think. Even New Zealand’s prime minister is hopping on the spaghetti pizza bandwagon.

But when you think about it, isn’t this pizza just spaghetti with bread? It sure sounds like it. We’ll give it a thumbs up because it looks really cool.

6 Caviar Pizza

Caviar pizza doesn’t sound appetizing but apparently people are actually buying it. And it’s really expensive.

At Nino’s Restaurant in New York City, the caviar pizzas are sold at $1,000. It includes $820 worth of six different types of caviar and is topped with lobster.

7 Pineapple Pizza

There’s so much debate going on when it comes to pineapple pizza.

Does it belong on pizza or not? Hawaiian pizza wouldn’t be pizza without pineapple, but should Hawaiian pizza even exist? While proponents of pineapple on pizza love the sweet flavor, others think it’s similar to adding bananas on pizza.

Some pineapple pizza haters have even taken their dislike pretty far. The president of Iceland, for example, said that he would ban pineapples on pizza if he could. Pretty sure that law wouldn’t pass, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, right?

8 Breakfast Pizza

Pizza for breakfast is the best kind of meal. But what if we told you there was an actual Breakfast Pizza with egg, bacon and everything great about the morning?

A breakfast pizza is loaded with eggs, bacon, fried onions, cheddar, pico de gallo and salsa verde. Everything you need for breakfast and much more. The geniuses behind the breakfast pizza are from “Boss Lady Pizza” in Denver, Colorado. We thank them for being the inspiration to this amazing breakfast.

And now that you’ve read all of the crazy pizza toppings people put on their pizza, it’s your turn to try them! Let us know how they taste in the comments below or tweet us at @entity_mag.
