Plenty of people grew to love his character in the “Harry Potter” series. And we can see why. These nine Dumbledore quotes will have you wishing we could pull him out of J.K. Rowling‘s pages and stick him in the White House.
Dumbledore is open-minded and he accepts people of all backgrounds. Regardless of what the rest of the population thought, even the mudbloods and muggles were good in his book.

Dumbledore understands that the body, the family or the socioeconomic status you are born into does not define you. In the “Harry Potter” books, he does not give preferential treatment to purebloods. He understands that all of his students develop at their own pace as they spend more time at Hogwarts.
Trump advocated for minorities in the inner cities and urged trans people to use any bathroom in Trump Tower. But, he was met with a lot of public opposition because of his stance on immigration. And his latest position on trans rights and protections in healthcare isn’t making him too popular either.
Looks like he should take a lesson from these Dumbledore quotes on acceptance and inclusion.

The 70-year-old Trump should take a tip from the wise old man. While there is wisdom to be taken from the older generation, the youth are the future. And our youth are far more open-minded when it comes to social issues than our parents or grandparents.
And technological advances and the spread of information continue to move online and to social media. Pretty soon, the old guys will find they are going to need our computer and Facebook skills.
It’s going to be hard for Trump to advocate for mental health issues. Why? Half the country questions his own mental stability. And they think he should be the one seriously seeing a therapist.
On the other hand, these Dumbledore quotes show that the Hogwarts headmaster is wise when it comes to matters of the mind.

Suicide statistics show over one million people engage in intentional self-harm every year. And over 44,000 commit suicide. So, this is definitely an issue that should constantly be addressed and discussed.

Dumbledore understands the power of words. And every time he speaks, we are awed by his cleverness and intelligence. Unlike, you know, a certain leader who uses words like “Covfefe” on Twitter.
Music is not the only art affected by Trump’s budget cuts. His budget proposals also affect literacy since the proposed cuts would eliminate a $190 million literacy program.
Sorry, Trump, you’re not making fans with the humanities or communications majors anytime soon. And because of this, a lot of people wouldn’t be too upset if the basilisk slithered its way into your bathroom.
Dumbledore quotes relating to his wit and humor stole our hearts from the first time we picked up one of J.K.Rowling’s books. He conveys his intelligence through dry humor in a way that makes you feel comfortable. He is like the relatable grandpa who gives quirky advice with a wink of his eye.
