Entity reports that Angelina Jolie will be teaching a college class in London.

Angelina Jolie announced her new role this past May and it’s not a new character.

With the female actress’ upcoming gig as a visiting professor, Jolie joins the ranks of leading ladies taking their fame to the classroom. Perhaps two other greats who come to mind are Madeleine Albright and Maya Angelou.

While Jolie is living in London with her children and actor/director/producer husband Brad Pitt, the celeb will teach a master’s course in women’s studies at the London School of Economics for the 2016-2017 academic year. Jolie will host lectures, workshops and events to encourage gender equality. Her history of standing up for women – both on and off screen – makes the inspirational woman more than qualified for the job.

The Oscar winner spoke highly of the British higher-education program, which is an international collegiate breakthrough. Jolie tells People magazine, “I am very encouraged by the creation of this master’s programme. I hope other academic institutions will follow this example, as it is vital that we broaden the discussion on how to advance women’s rights and end impunity for crimes that disproportionately affect women, such as sexual violence in conflict.”
