She's a star on the rise.
Remember when Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson played the father who didn’t know the first thing about raising a daughter?
He probably learned a few things from playing the dad role since he’s doing a bang-up job raising his 15-year-old daughter, Simone Alexandra Johnson. She’s probably the coolest 15-year-old to walk the red carpet.
Here are some cool and interesting facts ENTITY has gathered about The Rock’s daughter.
Simone is Dwayne Johnson’s eldest daughter from his previous marriage with Dany Garcia, born on August 14, 2001 in Davie, Florida. She is also the older sister to Johnson’s one-year-old daughter, Jasmine.
Dwayne and fiance, Lauren Hashian welcomed the one-year-old into the family in December, 2015.
She’s only 15 and she’s been to more Hollywood events than most celebs. She attended the Golden Globes and tons of movie premieres. And she’s probably used to all of the cameras and photos as she is a well-respected model represented by IMG Models.
Simone Alexandra Johnson was the talk of Hollywood after her appearance at the People’s Choice Awards this year. She turned heads at the red carpet in an elegant black dress. Johnson gave his baby girl a gentle kiss on the cheek before he accepted his award.
She captioned this photo, “You’ll never make anyone prouder than you make me. Happy birthday, I love you.” Aw, such a sweet gal.
They might not be BFFs, but they definitely have a one-of-a-kind bond. The Rock keeps most of his private life private, yet he doesn’t miss a chance to bless our Instagrams with constant photos of his beautiful daughter.
Her Instagram is filled with selfies, pictures with her friends and places she visits. It’s basically just like every other 15-year-old’s account, although she does rock her own Facebook fan page that has acquired about 1,000 followers.
Oh, and not to mention the fact that her dad is THE ROCK!
Johnson posted the photo above and tagged her two WWE champions. She really is her father’s daughter.
She uses her Instagram to tell us who she is and what she cares about. We love that she is also a strong feminist who uses social media as her voice, often uploading pictures in support of feminism and racial equality. What a thoughtful, smart and well-rounded young woman she is becoming.
This is all what makes Simone Alexandra Johnson one of our very favorite 15-year-olds in Hollywood.
