The “Broad City” new season four trailer was epic. As per usual, the women are out doing it big on a budget and we’re all here for it.

Season four episode one of “Broad City” can’t come fast enough. Just last month, they released the new trailer, and although it’s nearly impossible to predict what Abbi and Lana will do, we can at least try to gauge the upcoming season’s major moments.

“Broad City’s” new season will have us in tears mouthing “yas queen” for the rest of 2017. Let’s delve into what the two-minute promo revealed to us.

Lana and Abbi Go Back to the Ritzy Side of Town.

Although we do love Abbi and Lana covered in grime and other bodily fluids, a way for an episode to become an instant favorite is for them to dress up for a party or an expensive dinner. It usually means something extra wild (beyond their usual wild) is about to go down.

Remember Abbi’s birthday when Abbi, hopped up off of epinephrine, carried a dying Lana out of the restaurant as Lana was going into anaphylactic shock? Or the episode when they went to that fancy roof party that turned into body-shot mania and an (almost) foursome because Abbi did coke?  We do. We can’t wait to see more of that.

Lincoln is BACK, BITCHES!

After Lincoln broke up with her, Lana’s tears outside her mom’s birthday restaurant hit us in the feels. Lincoln had become a huge part of “Broad City’s” story. He’s the April to Lana’s Andy (Parks of Recreation) or the Cece to Lana’s Schmidt (New Girl). They were meant to be together, even if their lives are in different places at the moment.

It’s not that we advocate for someone to wait around for their partner to settle down into a similar place as they are – however, Lincoln won’t always be in a relationship. Let’s face it. Lana is his soulmate. So, as he’s in-between long-term girlfriends, we wouldn’t hate if the two realigned some of their… chakras.

We finally find out how Abbi and Bevers fell into their abusive relationship with Abbi’s actual roommate, Melody, acting as the third wheel.

So… this is Bevers before he gained his relationship weight. He was definitely a fine piece of meat. What happened? Contextually speaking, this scene will probably act as a flashback to answer that question for us. We always found it a little weird that anyone would date Bevers the way that he acts now. Shade intended.

However, with a body like that, it’s easier to understand how someone could look past the laziness, clinginess, disgusting-ness, etc. If it’s revealed that Abbi used to have a crush on Bevers, we’re going to freak.

Rupaul Graces the Ladies with his Presence.

Hopefully, Lana keeps this restaurant job with RuPaul. We need him. The show doesn’t need him, but Rupaul as a person just does it for us. If we can get glimpses of him on “Broad City” and our weekly doses on “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” then life would be golden.

It’s great to see Lana finally getting a new, consistent job. We miss the Lana at work episodes. Although she probably won’t be the only high maintenance co-worker in the office anymore, it would be nice to see her in another work environment.

Lana Continues to Stay Lana-like.

We’re glad we won’t have to go through a “Broad City New Season, Who This?” phase of the show. Many shows change up everything after the third season, but the girls know what we like and which spots to scratch to keep us coming back.

Ilana’s crazy is definitely one of those spots. She has always been her own force. Due to her mom’s equally eccentric and headstrong nature, Ilana does what she wants and says what she feels without any filter. And apparently, she felt like blowing smoke in a protestor’s face as a “fuck you.”

This episode will probably center around Planned Parenthood moving into Brooklyn, while other Brooklyn anti-abortion residents boycott them. This is why Ilana and Abbi have on bright pink “clinic escort” jackets. We’re going to take a leap here and suggest that the fact they are smoking doobies in the middle of the protest isn’t a part of the job, but it probably would piss off the protestors. So why not?

The Ladies Climb a Couple of Rungs on the Drug Ladder.

First, can we talk about this animation? Mike Perry back at it again with the killer art.

In context, this cartoon stems from an initial frame that shows the girls beginning their animated transformation after doing some unknown drug. Lana’s motto tends to be “all I need is weed,” while Abbi has smoked, snorted and taken plenty of other drugs.

So either Abbi got Lana to hop on the white train, or the girls got a new strand of weed that’s out of this world. It might even be wax (concentrated THC). We don’t have much context for this new animated world, but we hope it lasts the whole episode. Think about what kind of trouble the two could get into without the restrictions of the real world.

Abbi and Lana Finally Leave Brooklyn and Vacation to Florida.

Well, it’s not just Lana and Abbi. From another frame in the video with the gun-happy grandma, it seems like Lana’s brother comes on the trip too. The article doesn’t give any indication as to why the trio went south, though. They’ve rarely left Brooklyn. So the fact that the “Broad City’s” new season has them in a drastically different city spells out something new and exciting for the girls.

We’re excited to see the girls in a new environment doing their thing on a new scene. Hopefully, no one gets eaten by an alligator or sucked dry by an eagle-sized mosquito.

These are only a few observations we could put together from the video. If you want to see more frames of our favorite Brooklyn women, click below to view the 2017 New Season Promo for “Broad City.”
