Trevor Noah Parodies the Final Debate on ‘The Daily Show’

No matter how you feel about this election, every man and woman can probably agree that the 2016 presidential race has been a memorable one. There have been sexual assault and harassment allegations (from both sides), leaked tax documents and too many quotable phrases to count. It won’t be surprising, then, that the Daily Show believes Trump and Clinton’s final political debate still managed to top the election’s previous craziness.

The Daily Show does contain some explicit language; however, if you’re looking for humorous political commentary on what you missed from the last debate, look no further. Some highlights of this video:

• A fictional lightsaber battle between President Obama and his half-brother, Malik, whom Trump brought to the debate.
• Commentary on Trump’s statement: “We have some bad hombres here and we’re going to get them out.”
• Trevor Noah turns into a fashion critic and shares his thoughts on Hillary Clinton’s elegant pantsuit.
• A new word to describe Hillary on the defensive: “When pressed about the substance of her leaked emails, Hillary defaulted to ‘shifty mode’.”

If you’re seeking a factual, objective analysis of the Presidential Debate, this video from The Daily Show probably isn’t your best bet. But if you want a chance to laugh at the craziness dominating politics in these last few months, this is the kind of entertainment fitting for #WomenThatDo.
