Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are using their fame for good this holiday season – and it’s not the first time these two stars have helped out the community.

The celebrity couple visited Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to cheer up some patients in the hospital, according to E! News. The pair dressed up as Mr. and Mrs. Claus, wearing festive velvet outfits and bright smiles.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles posted on Instagram, seen below, showing the duo posing during the holiday visit.

Kaitlin Bell, a mother of a patient at the hospital, also shared a shot of the scene. Bell gushed over the experience, explaining that the celebrity couple sang the children Christmas songs.

“It was so beautiful. I’m so very thankful an[d] we got news we get to go home tomorrow,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram photo, seen below.

Perry and Bloom have been dating for almost a year. The pair are known for their charitable work, attending various charity events and serving as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors. Their recent involvement with the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in November helped earn the organization over $3.9 million.

In addition, Perry was awarded the Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award this year. The pop star followed in her boyfriend’s footsteps – Bloom earned the recognition in 2015.

Perry spoke to E! News about trying to use her celebrity power in a positive way, referring to this recent honor.

“I try to take my light – whatever kind of global light of I have, whether it’s on social media or any kind of influence – I try and steer that to what those people need and just bring awareness,” Perry said. “This is just the beginning, and I’m really honored.”

While she admits that she is quite young to be awarded recognition for her charity work, Perry tries to use it as motivation and momentum to keep using her fame to do good in the world.

“Sometimes I’m like, ‘I shouldn’t be getting an award this early on,'” Perry continued. “But I think it’s really a symbol and a sign for me to always continue to be like, ‘Get your bum on the field. You’ve been living in your bubble for too long. Go out there and do work that matters.'”
