EntityBulletJournal

Recently Bullet Journals are all the rage. They are a fun and creative way of getting organized. Bullet Journal supplies are typically pretty simple but I bet you didn’t know they could be some crazy things! Keep reading to see you can add in your journal.

“[Bullet Journal’s are] best described as a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system.”

Basically, Bullet Journals were created by Ryder Carroll as a way to not only organize your things but also help you to connect with why you are doing them in the first place. They consist of a notebook that you create into basically an analog book that helps you stay on track with yourself and the things you need to accomplish.

Basic bullet journal supplies consist of just a notebook and some pens but that’s boring. It’s 2020 and it’s time to take these bullet journals up a notch! Here are five products you would’ve never thought of to set your DIY game apart from the (nonexistent) competition!

1. Polaroid Pictures

First of all, using pictures in your bullet journal is a fun way of incorporating a memory into your book. This turns the journal into a keepsake as well as an agenda.

If you don’t have a polaroid, the Fujifilm – instax mini 9 Instant Film Camera is a great camera. The film is small enough that you are able to fit multiple pictures onto one page. This camera also comes in many different colors to choose from as well.

2. Puffy Paint

Secondly, puffy paint is a great product to add to the supplies. I guarantee you that you’ll feel like a child again adding this stuff to your journal.

You can get tons of different paint colors at Hobby Lobby. This is also one of the best stores for bullet journal supplies.

3. Feathers

A fun way to add a bit of texture to your bullet journal is to add feathers. Since these are such cheap supplies for bullet journals, they are something that you can get in multiple colors.

4. Nature

Not only is nature pretty, but it is also free! Nature is a perfect way to incorporate something fun and different in your journal. You can use anything from flowers, leaves, to twigs.

Something fun to experiment with nature is using berries and other natural products as a kind of paint. Just make sure if you do use anything in nature that you aren’t causing harm.

5. Trash

Lastly, something that you can use to help create your bullet journal is trash. Now this one may seem weird, but this is a creative way to repurpose things that may not be able to be recycled.

Old clothing can be cut up into fun shapes and glued to the front to the journal to make the cover stand out against the rest.

You can also use old food wrappers in your journal by crumpling it up and gluing it to a page to create a type of crinkle paper. In fact, this allows you to have made your very own ASMR section in your journal.
