A little over a week ago, 12-year-old Grace VanderWall won the “America’s Got Talent” entertainment crown. According to Today, young VanderWall “can’t get enough of watching the moment on video.”
After performing an original song on her audition, she became a clear front-runner for the show. “This is a show about surprises and you use the world miracle. I think you are a living, beautiful, walking miracle … I think the world is going to know your name,” Howie Mandel tells her right before he awards her a golden ticket. And because she was given a golden ticket, VanderWall only had to perform twice before winning the title. Simon Cowell even added to the praise by calling her “the next Taylor Swift.”
Although her celebrity fame is just beginning, VanderWall is already being interviewed by countless people, including Jimmy Fallon. This video, however, is a little more lighthearted and entertaining. In it, VanderWall and Fallon play a combination of “chubby bunny” and “musical charades.” Watch the video as VanderWall stuffs her mouth full of marshmallows, tries to sing some of today’s popular songs and proves just how “old” Jimmy Fallon is.
