Riverdale is currently in the middle of its fourth season and things are sure heating up in that small town. If it’s got you wondering who you might be in the Archie/Riverdale universe, this one is for you! The Enneagram Personality Test was created in 1997 by Don Richard Ruso and Russ Hudson. It categorizes people into nine different categories based on the way you answer questions. The test on the website is $12.00 to purchase a code, but there are alternate tests out there. Of course there are more than nine different types of people out there but these are always fun activities. Once you’ve taken it, hop back in and figure out which resident of Riverdale shares a personality type with you!
If you tend to be a perfectionist and have a strong sense of what’s right and what’s wrong, you might be the Reformer, just like Betty Cooper! Betty is strong willed and wise with a desire to rid Riverdale of evil. She has a good moral compass and is the perfect example of a Reformer. If you also want to save the world, you just might be a Reformer.
Veronica Lodge is everyone’s favorite bad girl trying to go good. According to the Ennegram Personality Test, Helpers are generous and people pleasing and very possessive, perfectly defining Veronica. She also wants to be loved by everyone. She is always willing to help in a pinch and is the definition of a ride-or-die. If this sounds like you, you might be a Helper like Ronnie.
Achievers are known for being driven by success and are highly image-conscious. Josie is the daughter of a famous jazz musician and her mother was the former mayor of Riverdale. She is a talented musician who will not let anyone get in her way of her dreams. She is friendly, charming and ambitious. If this sounds like you, you might be an Achiever!
Cheryl Blossom is the queen of Riverdale. She is the daughter of the wealthiest family in town, but her life has been anything but easy. Individualists are self-absorbed, short tempered, and dramatic which is the definition of Cheryl. She is self-aware of her behavior and has taken steps to become a better person. The description for The Individualist might not sound too flattering, but don’t worry, Cheryl is awesome and so are you! They have tons of good qualities like creativity, and the ability to recover from situations fully transformed.
The Investigators are ruled by their eccentricity and everyone remembers Jughead’s infamous “I’m a Weirdo” Speech . Investigators are also perceptive, isolated, and secretive. It is also a bonus point that Jughead just so happens to actually be an investigator in the show! If you can relate, you might just be an Investigator like Juggie.
Loyalists are security oriented and hardworking. They also tend to deal with anxiety and being suspicious and as the name suggests, they are very loyal. This fits Archie to a T. He is so dedicated to making sure his family and friends are safe that he created a vigilante group, The Red Circle. If any of this resonates with you and you find yourself to be suspicious of everyone, you just might be a Loyalist.
The Enthusiasts are extroverted, playful, and distractible . They are friendly and warm and Kevin is arguably one of the kindest characters on the show. Kevin will lend a hand to anyone in need and is always smiling. If you are the human personification of sunshine, you might be an Enthusiast as well.
Alice Cooper is one fierce mother. She is protective, confident, and domineering which are classic traits of the Challenger. As a former South Side Serpent, she has no problem defending herself and her children. She is truly fearless (major spoilers for that clip! Avoid if you have not seen the season two finale!) and knows how to make an entrance that demands the attention of everyone in the room. If you’ve ever thought that Alice was your soul sister, you just might be a fellow Challenger.
The Peacemaker is stable, supportive, and tries to go through life with as little conflict as possible. They’re also reassuring and receptive . Fred is supportive of everything that Archie does and is a strong family man with good values and a stable mind. He is good-hearted and willing to put others above him even if his life is on the line. If you are always striving to keep the peace and crave stability, you might be a Peacemaker.
This is all in good fun and just for entertainment! Keep in mind that we are all multi-dimensional and have many aspects to who we are. They can be good tools for some purposes, but we are all multi-faceted with many different layers making up our personalities.
