Talk about a dynamic duo.
Are you a fanatic of Matt Bomer? Did you enjoy watching him in “Chuck?” Or maybe you preferred him half-dressed in “Magic Mike.” What you may not know about him is that he’s married to Simon Halls, a PR genius in Hollywood.
This is what you need to now about Simon Halls and his relationship with the famous actor.
Simon Halls is one of the top publicists in the Los Angeles Area, a former co-CEO of PMK until 2009 and shortly after became Partner at Slate PR a publicist agency in LA and NY. He’s been a partner at Slate PR since 2010.
Some of Simon Halls’s Clients are Tom Ford, an American designer and filmmaker, Jude Law, the beautiful and talented actor, Ang Lee, a talented and incredible director and writer, Ridley Scott, the famous director who gave us “Alien” and the list goes on.
Before they were romantically involved, Simon was actually Matt’s publicist.
Halls is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and attended the university from 1981 until 1985.
After Graduating from USC, Halls worked for Warner Brothers in the publicity department, shortly after he was a PR manager for the first McDonald’s in Russia. After his time in Russia, he returned to the US to work at BWR Public Relations.
He is co-founder of HBH, a PR agency that he eventually merged with PMK, another PR agency. After his time there as CEO, in 2010, he left to start a new Agency, Slate PR, where he currently works.
It’s safe to say that Halls probably sways Democrat as he served on the Entertainment Council for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Matt Bomer and Halls wed back in 2011.
They are the proud fathers to three children, Kit Halls, Henry Halls and Walker Halls. They live happily in Los Angeles and have been married for the past six years.
One thing is for sure, Simon Halls is a hard-working and ambitious person. Needless to say, I think he’s the right guy for our lovely Matt Bomer!
