We are in an interesting time in the beauty business. Small brands, from makeup to hair care, have been on the rise on all social media platforms, taking the internet (and my wallet) by storm. One of those businesses is Ayele & Co., an upcoming skin care brand that has literally left me and about 40.6K followers on Instagram shook.
