Many fans have shown the couple overwhelming support, and it’s not just for their adorable Instagram photos. Here are some reasons Jhene Aiko and Big Sean define #relationshipgoals.
The couple’s collaborative album, “Twenty88,” was released in April 2016, and it won’t be the last. The album conveys an overarching message that relationships are complicated. When the rose-colored glasses are pushed to the side, we are left with the pain and the stress that is involved in loving and being loved.
“Twenty88” is a compilation of Big Sean’s clever rhymes and Jhene Aiko’s angelic melodies to create a musical timeline of love that is pure and sincere. Aiko disclosed to Elle that the duo will be working on another album together in 2017.
Before Big Sean and Jhene Aiko disclosed their relationship status, their wardrobe really spoke for itself. They may have been verbally discreet about their romance, but actions speak louder than words.
In this case, t-shirts speak even louder.
Big Sean and Jhene Aiko were originally more private about their relationship, but that has clearly changed. Flipping through the Instagram accounts of either artist, there are photos of them together with captions such as “soulmate” or “my favorite.”
Aiko and Sean are proud of their relationship and they are not shy about showing it.

Are they the cutest, or are they the cutest? When they were on tour for their album “Twenty88,” Big Sean kissed a surprised Jhene Aiko on stage and the media went crazy over it. Though the incident was brushed off as flirting at the beginning of their romance it is all out in the open now and the fans can’t get enough of it.
Jhene Aiko disclosed to Elle that there are moments where the couple can get at each other’s throats. An example she gave was her not appreciating unsolicited opinions from Sean. However, she also shared that there is one component that keeps these partners-in-crime happy and affectionate. Aiko went on to say that she loves studio time with her boo because they’re always making jokes and being silly with one another.
As their relationship progresses, it is clear that Jhene Aiko and Big Sean are more than just a fling. If their album “Twenty88” holds true, the couple understands that relationships take effort and they seem to be putting that work in.
