Entity reports on Taylor Swift being one of the highest paid celebrities.

Although 2016 has had its share of ups and downs, this has been an excellent year for Taylor Swift…and her bank account. In Forbes’ 2016 list of richest celebrities under 30, the singer-songwriter tops the line-up with $170 million, enough to make her the highest-earning celeb in the world regardless of age.

Thanks to Swift’s massively successful “1989” album and tour, the 26-year-old made enough to swap places with One Direction, who took the number one spot last year. This year, the currently on hiatus boy band made $110 million.

The rest of the rich list comprises various other talents including one actress, nine musical acts and 10 athletes. However, out of the wealthy 37 young people listed, only four of them are women. According to Forbes, nearly half of the world’s highest paid women in music are over 45 years old while 15 of the highest-paid TV actresses are all over 30.

To celebrate the early accomplishments of these four talented ladies, here are the highest-paid female celebs under 30.

1 Taylor Swift ($170 million)

Forbes 2016 highest-paid celebrity list.

T Swift’s tour alone decimated the Rolling Stones’ record, grossing $200 million in North America and then going on to make a quarter of a billion dollars worldwide. Her “1989” album sold more than nine million copies across the world and was listed in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 for an entire year. And to add onto her paycheck, last year she made multiple endorsement deals with Apple, Diet Coke, Keds and other brands.

2 Adele ($80.5 million)

Adele Highest Paid Celebrity

The Queen of Hearts is the only musician on the Forbes list who made more than half of her money from music. Adele’s $80.5 million puts the 28-year-old singer in fourth place on the 2016 list. Her new album, “25,” sold a record of 3.38 million copies in its November 2015 opening week and she currently grosses millions of dollars per night for her arena shows.

3 Rihanna ($75 million)

Rihanna Highest Paid Celebrity

This year, Bad Girl RiRi placed fifth with $75 million for her chart-topping music and her various endorsement deals. VMA Vanguard Award-winner Rihanna continues to top the Billboard 200 charts with her latest album, “Anti.” But aside from recording and touring, the 28-year-old artist also gets her money from her various endorsement deals with Dior, Samsung, Stance and Puma. Rihanna’s Fenty x Puma line debuted during New York Fashion Week’s Spring 2017 show and she has since received high praise for her designs. Her Fenty x Puma creepers even beat out Kanye West’s Yeezy’s for the 2016 Shoe of the Year title, making her the first woman to receive that award.

4 Jennifer Lawrence ($46 million)

Jennifer Lawrence Highest Paid Celebrity

This year, The Girl on Fire came in 12th place with $46 million. But despite placing after female musicians, Jennifer Lawrence has held onto her title as Hollywood’s highest-paid actress for two years. A large part of her income can be attributed to her contract with Dior, which she signed in early 2013. And although she makes money from more recent films like “Joy” and the forthcoming “Passengers,” much of J Law’s paycheck comes from the big box office gross of the “Hunger Games” series.
