A little tint with lots of care.
Ulta recently started carrying Beauty by POPSUGAR, and I have fallen in love with their “Be Sweet” tinted lip balm. This beauty line’s award winning lip balm comes with an SPF 15. It will leave you with nourished and protected lips.
Fun fact: lips are prone to more sun damage than the rest of your skin. You can only imagine how important it is to look for a product that contains SPF. You need to protect your lips and keep them looking healthy. This product is just that and so much more.
This balm contains candelilla wax (a vegan alternative to beeswax) and blueberry oil. This product is my favorite moisturizing lip balm on the market at the moment.
Aside from my current obsession with this tinted lip balm, I have another huge obsession with checking the ingredients of every product I purchase. After educating myself about the harmful ingredients that companies tend to include in their products, I make sure to only purchase products that are natural and healthy.
As you can probably tell, I am a lip product junkie. When I found out this lip balm was cruelty-free, non-toxic and gluten free, I fell even more in love with it.
In the case of someone following a gluten-free diet, such as myself, this balm has gone far beyond my expectations of what I could ever look for in a beauty product. There are no parabens, mineral oils and other ingredients like sodium laurel sulfate: a.k.a. the “bad stuff” you see in most other products.
POPSUGAR truly did not disappoint when making this lip balm. It is by far one of the best tinted lip balms I have tried. It definitely lasts longer than any others I have purchased in the past.
I’ve been using this balm as part of my everyday look. I have grown to really appreciate that it contains a layerable formula to build up a richer and deeper color.
It is an extremely versatile color. It can be worn with one coat for a day in the office, or three for a night out. I can always count on this product to give me a smooth (and non-sticky) look— no matter how many coats I put on for the day.
It has definitely made it on my list of must have’s for this summer. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a new, buildable tinted lip balm.
If you’re anything like me, you love to have the option to choose a different color depending on the day, event and/or your mood. You can choose from the seven different colors: Clear Skies (clear), Choose Happy (honey), Daydreamer (sheer plum), Full Hearts (magenta), Blush Crush (light pink), Ablaze (poppy red) and Pucker Up (bright pink).
It is an easy way to moisturize chapped lips while keeping them looking flushed and healthy. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the quality, ingredients and most importantly, how it made my lips feel. Look and feel your best with this tinted lip balm because you deserve it!
