I’m not saying you should drink this concoction straight every morning. The acetic acid will definitely do more harm than good. If taken carelessly, the vinegar acid can cause an upset stomach or a sore throat. It may even damage teeth and affect medications you could be taking.

From my research, one-to-two tablespoons of fifteen milliliters or four teaspoons of twenty milliliters allow one to live their best life. When taken properly with meals, you can be confident that you’re going to feel good and look great as it helps keep your overall weight in check. I have done this with everything from salads, grilled chicken plates and sandwiches for the best affect. The only thing I would expect to lose from this diet is poor health habits.
