Everything is pretty shit right now. I’m pretty sure we can all agree about that.

But back in March the stunning, sex-positive, hilarious gem that is Jane Fonda blessed us with this perfect gift that can save us from the truly painful nightmare that is our current news cycle.

Starring on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to talk about the third season of Netflix’s “Grace and Frankie” (which premiered March 24), the conversation veered to sex toys, to Ellen’s dismay.

See, apparently Fonda’s character Grace had never used a vibrator, and on her first attempt, it was kind of a major fail. She couldn’t read the directions AND she got carpal tunnel.

So for season three, she and Frankie (Lily Tomlin) decide to start a business selling vibrators for older women – larger print, easier to use, lights to show you what setting it’s on, etc. Fonda even brought one to show Ellen!

But Ellen was NOT keen on her show becoming one of those dirty demo’s your mom goes to on girls’ night. “I have to look first, because this is daytime. I don’t know if we can show it. I don’t even like the box already. Um, I cannot show that,” she warned, pulling the box out of Fonda’s hands.

Of course, Fonda was not about to be censored. She simply showed a naughty smirk at the camera and quickly whipped the vibrator out of the box to show the audience. Whoops!

Ellen playfully asked her about the “research” that went into season three’s business next, but Fonda was not even a little embarrassed. “Use it or lose it, right?” she quips.

She even chatted about a particularly interesting vibrator from her personal collection. “Yes, I have one that hangs around my neck and it looks like a beautiful piece of silver jewelry. Want me to get you one?” Hero.

Ellen couldn’t say “no” fast enough. She also couldn’t fathom why you would need a to-go vibrator for a night out on the town — or how you would use it, in a restaurant bathroom? Fonda remained unfazed. “Sometimes… yes, certain restaurants more than others. You know, it depends on who you’re with and what the bathroom looks like.”

Oh my god. I need more Jane Fonda in my life. Distract me, Queen.
