Calling all cooks!
As any good chef knows, a dish is only as good as its spices. But if you’re someone who isn’t totally up-to-speed on all the different kitchen spices, then look no further.
We’re here to break down twelve different kitchen spices and match each spice to each of the twelve zodiac signs. So which of these kitchen spices are you?
Chili powder. As an Aries, chances are you’re known for being spontaneous and daring. You definitely pack a punch, much like some spicy chili powder. You’re incredibly energetic, and your uplifting energy heightens the moods of those around you.
You definitely have a bold personality, and sometimes people have trouble meshing with you. But if you surround yourself with people who support you and want you to be the bright star you are, then you can do whatever you set your mind to.
Oregano. Oregano is one of the kitchen spices that goes well with basically anything. It’s subtle yet tasty, and true chefs know how to get it just right. As a Taurus, you’re known for being reliable and practical. You’re there when your friends need you, and you definitely don’t like drama.
You prefer to stay even-keeled and stick to what you know. However, you also have a spontaneous side that drives your ambition, a side of you that not everyone always gets to see.
Vanilla extract. Geminis are super expressive in terms of their personality. Like vanilla extract in a cake, you have a way of commanding whatever social situation you find yourself in. You’re a very social person overall, but you’re still thoughtful, caring, and kind.
Outsiders see you as a fun-loving adventure-seeker, which is definitely true. But that’s not to say you don’t have a more serious side to you too. You can adjust to change very easily, which is something most people admire about you.
Ginger. Out of all these kitchen spices, ginger has forever been known for its natural healing powers. Cancers are famously intuitive and have a natural connection to the past, especially through memories. Similar to ginger, you add a warm touch to all the places you go and people you meet, and you leave a little piece of you in every place you go.
You surround yourself with a smaller group of people rather than a larger friend group. But the people you are close to have known you forever, and you value your close relationships deeply.
Cayenne. Leos love being the center of attention, no matter what the occasion. If you add even the tiniest bit of cayenne to any food or drink, you’ll for sure know it’s there, even through just a small taste.
People can easily be intimidated by you, probably because of your level of confidence. You know how to work a room, and you know what it takes to get exactly what you want. You love feeling accepted by those around you, and you’re also naturally artistic.
Rosemary. One of the more classic kitchen spices, but nonetheless still special. Rosemary can add elegance to any dish, as long as you know what you’re doing.
Virgos pay attention to the small details rather than looking at a situation only as a whole. You’re a very careful person in terms of how you make decisions, and you always think of all the different possible outcomes.
Garlic powder. This is one of those kitchen spices that goes well with everything. Sprinkle some on chicken, in rice, or on roasted vegetables for a fuller taste.
Libras are super social and love human connection, and you can get along well with anyone. You love seeing new faces and meeting new people on your travels. You love forming new memories with exciting and interesting people, and you’re definitely not easily bored.
Tarragon. Tarragon is a spice that people either love or hate, but the people who hate it probably just haven’t had enough experience with the flavor. Scorpios can come off as a little too bold at first, but in the end, you win people over with your charm and intellect.
You’re good at picking up on other people’s emotions, and reading people has always been a secret skill of yours. You’re incredibly brave, and those around you admire your audacity to try new things without fear of failure.
Curry. Out of all the kitchen spices, curry is one that takes skill to work with. But as a Sagittarius, you need adventure and mystery in your life. You’re not afraid to try new things, especially when it comes to going to faraway places and learning about different cultures.
You’re super confident and enthusiastic, and your optimism is one of your most appealing personality traits that draws people towards you. You like to shake things up every now and then to keep your life interesting, and no one ever knows what you’ll do next.
Thyme. Capricorns are practical and somewhat conservative. It’s hard to go wrong with Thyme. Even if you accidentally add too much, the overall dish will not be ruined.
You’re ambitious and determined, mostly when it comes to being there for and helping the people closest to you. You value your close friends and family more than anything, and you’d never let them down or do anything to disappoint them.
Paprika. As an Aquarius, you’re curious and imaginative. Paprika can be used to spice up any dish, and it adds some excitement to an otherwise dull plate of food. You’re super optimistic and you radiate positivity wherever you go.
People often turn to you when they need a breath of fresh air. You have the natural ability to make anyone laugh, even if they’re feeling down and out. You’re a beacon of light and happiness, and your close group of friends doesn’t know what they would do without you.
Nutmeg. Pisces are naturally artistic and creative. Nutmeg is one of those kitchen spices that you can really have fun experimenting with. You’re compassionate, and you care deeply about your close relationships with friends and family. You have a core group of people who support you no matter what, and they also know they can rely on you whenever they need a true friend. You’re kind and caring, but you also have a fun side and know how to liven up a party.
So as you can see, whether or not you have any actual hands-on experience in the kitchen doesn’t matter. We all have some sweet, salty, and spicy somewhere in all of us.
