Women experience a lot of pressure in their everyday lives. In fact, we may often feel like we don’t do enough or matter enough. But let’s replace those negative voices with positive affirmations loved by some of the most inspirational women out there today.
According to Dr. Carmen Harra for the Huffington Post, “Affirmations are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains.” When we feel low and self-critical, positive affirmations can help stem negativity.
“Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly begin to think nothing is impossible,” says Dr. Harra.
